Retail Visual Merchandiser

La Crème Boutique Gorey and Sister Store LC2 require a visual merchandiser to join the
As visual merchandiser you will support the manager and be highly motivated, creative and
an enthusiastic individual.


  •  The ability to design concepts and implement eye catching visual schemes that have
    a clear impact on sales figures for each store
  • Ability to analyse weekly sales reports in order to make key commercial decisions on
    the shop floor
  • The ability to move the shop floor weekly and daily as new stock arrives and needs
    to be fitted in.
  • A flair for styling mannequins and outfit building.
  • Provide coaching to the team members in maintaining displays and replenishing
  • The ability to optimise space and fixtures effectively to maximise sales



  • Good experience in a similar role.
  • Confident and genuine individual with a can-do attitude
  • Visual and spatial awareness
  • A flair for colour styling and being innovative


Salary depending on experience

This is a full time/part time position – full time during the busiest months, part time during
the quieter months

Online Fashion Social Media Marketing

This position with include but not limited to:


  • Find new and innovative ways to connect/reach out to potential target audience
  • Have a background and track record in Digital Marketing having attained the qualifications required
  • Create promotion engagement and conversion strategies
  • Ability to create, write and publish high quality content
  • Manage all our social media platforms
  • Manage ad campaigns and website
  • Effectively connect with customers through social media
  • Manage existing collaborations and build new relationships
  • Write a monthly newsletter


The right candidate must:


  • Be able to explore your creative flair and love of fashion through photography and video creating content for our social media channels
  • Proven experience in a similar role

Retail Sales Assistant

La Crème and LC2, Gorey, Co. Wexford
Both Full Time and Part Time positions available

Immediate start for a passionate Experienced Stylist with at least 2 years’ experience in a
similar role.


Through passion for client service and fashion expertise, our Fashion Advisor / Stylist will
consistently provide a superior level of service to clients, increase client conversion and retention, drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. The Fashion Advisor is responsible for the end to end client

Your core responsibilities will be to:


  • Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand

  • Optimize the client experience through providing clients with prompt, professional, warm and courteous service

  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach

  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed client expectations

  • Up to date with the latest key trends in styling and contemporary fashion

  • Ability to learn comprehensive product knowledge

  • Passion for Fashion & Retail

  • The ability to maintain high level of merchandising expertise conjunctive to sales and
    comfort shopping.

Customer Service & Sales

  • Offer the “professional girlfriend stylist experience” to all our customers

  • Provide welcoming, personal, professional service to all customers at all times

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, listen to the customer, ask questions,
    investigate preferences and make the experience interactive

  • Seek opportunities to make an emotional connection with the customer and ensure they have an exceptional girlfriend experience, build trust.

  • Deliver outstanding styling to customers to La Crème standards to achieve the look the customer desires

  • Inform customers of other products and fashion ranges, the next day outfit? Without it being a clumsy upsell and remains in keeping with the philosophy of exceeding customers expectations

  • Obtain customer data for La Crème customer database in line with GDPR

  • Meet your individual responsibility for your appropriate contribution to the team’s goals in terms of service, sales and company objectives

Team Work

  • Give great internal customer service and develop good working relationships with

  • Actively participate in shop theme days, events and new product launches

  • Actively participate in styling and sales training sessions

  • Maintaining Work Environment

  • Actively participate in cleaning display units, dressing rooms throughout the day, and
    more thoroughly at night to prepare for next day’s business. Maintain fashion ranges in proper schematic order, replace products once authorised by a manager

  • Maintain proper placement and condition of merchandise on counter, in stock rooms and all stock holding areas

  • Inform management of any store maintenance or Health and Safety issues which might lead to accidents Administrative Assistance Activities

  • Adhere to proper security procedures regarding handling of cash and assets
